These SMS Terms and Conditions supersede the previous version dated May 27, 2024.

1. Overview

Project Binder LLC (“Project Binder,” “we,” “us”) provides SMS messaging functionality through the Project Binder platform to facilitate production-related communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Project Binder, or by having your phone number entered into the Service by an authorized Project Binder user, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

2. SMS Message Types

Project Binder sends the following types of SMS messages:

We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS unless you have separately and explicitly opted in to receive such messages.

3. Consent

By providing your phone number to Project Binder (directly or through an authorized user of the Service), you consent to receive service-related SMS messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service.

If you are a Project Binder account holder entering phone numbers for your crew members, subcontractors, or other contacts, you represent and warrant that you have obtained appropriate consent from each individual before their phone number is used to send SMS messages through the Service.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on project activity and notification settings. You may receive multiple messages per day during active production periods, or no messages during inactive periods. The number of messages depends on your project volume and notification preferences.

5. Costs

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to SMS messages sent to or from the Service. Project Binder does not charge additional fees for SMS messaging beyond your Subscription fees. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Project Binder unless you opt back in. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Project Binder account or Subscription.

SMS messages are sent via Twilio and are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
